well, been a while, don't know what anyone heard if they herd anything but I am in fact not dead.  I'm living safe and sound in Toronto now, and living as an openly Trans woman.  So yeah, lots going on.  Got lots of arts to get online but don't quite have the means for it.  I'll work that out when I can.  I may also be making myself a new account to better reflect my new(ish) art and life etc.

okay, I keep asking people how I should use my artistic talents, such as they are, to make money and end this cycle of poverty I've been complaining about to my friends.  Unfortunately, the almost universal answer I get is to make porn.  

Now I have no qualms with human sexuality and the expression there of.  I don't regard it as anything wrong, dirty or sinful and yes, I do want money.  Sex sells, the internet if full of free porn yet the porn industry isn't hurting for profits.  Frankly, I need to start making money somehow so I can move out again and get on with my own life free from parental supervision.

My only real issue is how do I get away with making money from making smut while living in the basement of my conservative parents?

So, what say you people who actually read my journal, should I take my talents, skills and considerable knowledge and use them for the production of pornographic materials?

I was working on a rendering, really big, really complicated and it was taking a lot of time to finish, like, 30 hours plus.  It was going to go into my portfolio for one of the college programs I applied to.  it was almost done last night when I went to bed.

I woke up to find Windows picked last night to auto update.  Destroying all that time and work.  I don't have the time to restart the render, and I have to find something else to put into my portfolio, I'm pissed.  I'd be using my Linux partition but one of it's updated broke something in the boot settings and nobody on the forums has offered any useful advice on how to fix it.

Rage, quiet seething rage.
